ABOUT THIS PRODUCT:

Delicious vegetarian curry with cauliflower, eggplant, spinach, sweet potato + chickpea covered with a hand-made pastry.

THE BEST INGREDIENTS:

*Sweet potato, *cauliflower, *onion, *carrot, *bell pepper, organic tomato, organic chickpea, *spinach, *organic garlic, ginger, fresh spices, fresh herbs, coconut milk, sea salt, chili peppers, spices.

butter pastry: butter (dairy), wheat flour (gluten), sea salt, egg wash (egg), turmeric.

* Fresh from PEC farms

HOW IT ARRIVES:

Frozen. (Best defrosted before heating). Remove lid and place in preheated oven at 400°F, covered loosely with foil or parchment. Cook for 1-1.5 hours from frozen, 25-30 minutes from defrosted. Remove lid for last 20 minutes of cooking to cook and brown the pastry. It’s hot through when bubbling around the edges, the pastry is golden and poking a fork in the middle releases steam.
