ABOUT THIS PRODUCT:

Locally caught pickerel marinated in house-made smoky ancho marinade and served with celeriac sweet potato hash + lime crema.

THE BEST INGREDIENTS:

Ontario pickerel, spices, sunflower oil, celeriac, sweet potato, organic garlic, onions, sea salt pepper, lemon.

Avocado lime crema: sour cream, avocado, lime, sea salt.

HOW IT ARRIVES:

Arrives fresh. Simply heat + serve. Warm in a sauté pan with a splash of water or broth and cover to steam for 10 minutes or until hot. Alternatively warm in a pre-heated oven at 350°F for 15-20 minutes.
