ABOUT THIS PRODUCT:
Locally caught pickerel seared lightly in olive oil and served with black lentil + artichoke salad w/ tomato, feta cheese (optional), lemon + plenty of fresh garden herbs.
THE BEST INGREDIENTS:
Ontario pickerel, black lentil, artichoke, *organic tomato, *fresh herbs, olive oil, *organic garlic, sea salt, pepper, lemon, roast garlic, red wine vinegar, feta cheese.
HOW IT ARRIVES:
Arrives fresh. Simply heat + serve.
STOVE-TOP: Warm in a sauté pan with a splash of water or broth and cover to steam for 10 minutes or until hot.
OVEN: Warm in a pre-heated oven at 400°F for 15-20 minutes.Serve w/ cold artichoke salad.
