ABOUT THIS PRODUCT:
Harissa marinated trout served over quinoa + farm fresh roasted vegetables with a whipped feta + za’atar dressing.

Trout, quinoa, *cauliflower, *eggplant, *bell pepper, *parsley, *tomato, vinegar, chickpea, *garlic,*red onion, olive oil, lemon, feta cheese (dairy), honey, salt, black pepper, fresh spices, chili peppers, sesame.

HOW IT ARRIVES:
Arrives fresh. Simply heat + serve. Warm the trout in a pre-heated oven at 350°F for 5-7 minuites. Serve with cold or room temperature quinoa and dressing. Alternatively, cook trout, quinoa and vegetables together in a wide sauté pan on the stove, covering with a lid to steam for 3-5 minuites until hot.
