ABOUT THIS PRODUCT:
Hearty one-pot meal, inspired by the British classic. Made with fresh haddock, smoked trout, local vegetables and topped with buttery potato mash.
THE BEST INGREDIENTS:
Haddock, trout, dill, celery, carrot, fresh herbs, shallot, cream (dairy), butter (dairy), potato, sea salt, garlic, black pepper, lemon, flour (gluten).
HOW IT ARRIVES:
Frozen in a freezer and oven-safe container. Remove paper lid and cover loosely with parchment or foil. Warm in a pre-heated oven at 375°F until hot and bubbly. From frozen this should take 1-1.5 hours, if defrosted first about 20-25 minutes. Make sure the center is hot by poking with a fork and looking for it to steam in the center.
